The promoter and record label owner is part of a double act with Hull musician Jonathan Woodhead…
Review of the first single:
Their first release “Hearts On The Run” is a splendidly low key acoustic trundle that last a pleasant four minutes.
The distant, brooding vocals tell of “Hearts on the run” and take us on a journey of running away.
For some reason it feels like a black and white movie, the pictures in your head gloomy but interesting.
“The rain it glistens in your hair, the journey’s not over we’re not nearly there, but you still love me and that’s what matters to me.”
It’s ordinary in its make up yet still so pretty. A bit like love.
